Was thinking to buy this service. My client's site got slapped (had 70 - 80% of the links coming from blog networks) on the 28th of Feb, and hasn't recovered. ALL of the keywords dropped, and been dancing around like crazy. Do you need to see the keywords and website before I order?

Guys some sites got hit - like 5% of the sites in service or so... and we'll do our best to get you out. Can you both pls. open support tickets over at Black Hole named "Penalty" so I can personally keep an eye on your site and we can test how to get you back up. Note that it goes way beyond just our service and if it wasn't so all of the sites in the service would have been hit while some are seeing amazing results.
Also I'd like you to follow EW's thread here and keep me up to speed about the steps you took.
Here is one of the most recent recoveries we did just yesterday -
However most recent G's update did go hard on the blog posts and for the same reason and for the safety or our clients we decided to stop the blog posts. At least till they prove to be safe again.
We got some awesome tasks instead of blog posts and I'll update you tomorrow about.
We're all on the same side and we need to fight the big G together in this!

Hi there. I bought BH2.0 last week and after one week of work I can say this is an amaizing service. KW1 jumped from #16 to #8 and KW2 jumped from #12 to #6.
But I am a little worried about what I've read above. Do I risk a penalty in the next few weeks ? Is the upgrade planned for tomorrow will be for all clients or do we have to do something to get it ?

No, you do not risk penalty using only our service as penalty is a result of a lot of factors combined. We have clients getting the best rankings they ever had and clients facing a penalty (very small percentage) so it's very site specific and individual.
Also the upgrade starting tomorrow is for ALL clients and is not just very safe but very beneficial type of back link as well and I'm sure you'll see even better results in the upcoming 2-3 weeks.

We do not offer cash back refund for SEPR drops as it can sometimes be pretty hard to diagnose what exactly caused them however we do offer a lot of hands on support as well as a lot of beta testing and diagnosing. We basically brain storm about the site and do our best to pull it out and try different link building strategies and approaches as well as on-site support.

I used this service some time back and the keywords that I used it for are still nearly ranking where they were at their height from this service (they would probably be tops if I kept building, but stopped).. anyway, definitely great service from when I used it and look forward to jumping back on soon.

Hi there.
I would like to come here and update everyone on what is going on.
As you may know I left organization and managing of BH2.0 to Bulldogzg - She is doing amazing job and now thanks to her - quality of support and service is just rising - never dropping.
We are working pro-actively on resolving all issues that appear and try to prevent them before anything bad happens.
That was the reason we have been working since 2-3 months on removing blog networks completely and changing BH1 in to BH2.0 so it will not be blog networks dependent.
Due to this months crackdown on BMR and some private blog networks from BHW we decided to speed up the switch over process and move towards social backlinks that hold a lot of power and are much safer.
I would also assure you that none of networks used by us was BMR - and none of our current networks got cracked as the above.
Thus - most of our customers 5% base that dropped used BMR or small private networks in past and are experiencing penalty from Google because of it.
So far we did not seen any negative movement on websites that never used different services than this - and if any of you is experiencing such a problems - please do open support ticket so we can investigate further.
We do offer full consulting and dedicated support for free to all customers - so do not hesitate using it. As Matija said above - even if we cannot remove historic backlinks bad influence (as we did not created them) we will still offer full customized support in removing those penalties.
One more penalty that we have seen recently by few users is "overdoing" services. Buying 3-4 services at a time and getting penalized for it. Please be aware that getting BH2.0 alone is enough to rank top - if you want to use other services as addition to BH2.0 please open support ticket so we can advice if it is a safe thing to do.
Once again - do not hesitate to open a support ticket and let us consult you and work on your issue.

One Week in as of Friday. Site is new 4 months old or so. Still not ranking. Zero SERP movement.
Also I did not see anything in the "Downloads" Tab of the blackholeseo.com site as promised.
