I'm sorry but I did explain in my last reply to your question about the 20 site license limit not being mentioned as I had been editing the BHW landing page and deleted the text about the 20 site limit.

I did also explain that we're looking at options to increase the license limits and it is being reviewed. I would not expect anyone to buy the plugin 5 times so don't even worry about that happening.

I will get back to you but I did already answer your questions the first time and it was nothing to do with not being upfront about things.

In my last reply to you I did offer you a refund if you were not happy about the 20 site license limits so that you were not at a loss or stuck with a product that did not fit your needs. That offer of a refund still stands and is good for the first 60 days of you owning the plugin. Please bear with us as we work out options to increase the license options.

Thanks,

Shez

You dont have to keep repeating yourself and continue to waive the refund infront of me.
All i wanted to know is what should i do because i have more than 20 sites.

If you can assure my the limit will be increased past the current 20 site limit, within the next week or 2 then great i can wait. On the other hand if you cant assure me then yes please refund me the money because $47 for a 20 site limit is not workable for me.

Thanks

I'm not being funny here but you asked the same question twice and then you tell me that I don't need to keep repeating myself.

All i wanted to know is what should i do because i have more than 20 sites.

I explained this the first time you asked. If I didn't answer your question the second time you asked it you would have said I was ignoring you. Now that I answered it the second time you tell me I don't have to keep repeating myself.

I think the saying is "damned if you do - damned if you don't".

I repeated about the refund offer as you keep telling me that I should have been upfront the first time even though I explained what had happened.

If you don't want someone to repeat themselves then please don't ask the exact same question. Again, I'm not being funny, I am however telling it straight and how it is.

I work with a team of people, we are reviewing the situation. I cannot give a guarantee on the time frame of things, the outcome of the license limits or the prices. I would expect the situation to be resolved within two weeks, however, I cannot assure you of this.

That is what you call 'being upfront' :)

Thanks,

Shez

Has anyone gotten this to work? I haven't...even with the help of their slow support desk.

I wouldn't say that support was slow. All tickets, including yours, are responded to within 24 hours (usually it is much sooner).

The ticket that you submitted on Wednesday was replied to 12 hours later and there has been no further reply from you about the issue.

If you're still having issues after receiving a advice from the support desk then maybe you could reply back to that ticket to let the support desk know about it.

And, yes, apart from one or two issues the plugin has worked fine for everyone else. This is fairly clear from the replies in this thread.

Again, if you find there are still issues with the plugin can you reply to the support team to let them know.

Thanks,

Shez

In internet explorer the plugin not working.... only firefox....

The plugin works in all browsers. Please can you submit a support ticket regarding this. They will be able to discuss the issue with you. The link to the support desk is in the readme.txt file that you downloaded with the plugin.

Thanks,

Shez

It wasn't responded to in 12 hours....it was responded to in 13

:p

Yes I had to test out what the support desk said, and it didn't work. So I guess it'll take another 13-24 hours to get yet another update as to why it's not working.

I'll have a word with the tech support team and ask them if they could give preemptive replies in the future.

Ok, so the support desk replied to your issue and asked you to try something which cold have remedied the issue. As it was, the answer didn't remedy the issue, so you would need to tell them so they can offer you further assistance.

I see from your ticket that you have now updated them about the issue and I'm sure they will respond to you shortly to resolve things.

Thanks,

Shez

Anyway to set it so if you're the admin of the blog and logged in to not make the plugin run? I'd like to not like my own sites :)

That is on the agenda for a future update as a few people have suggested this. For now, the easiest way around this is to log out of your FB account before you log in to your blog admin panel.

Thanks,

Shez

Trust you because I liked their product, but will not go back to pay because I paid $ 47.

I ask you please give me access to the PRO version.

In the advertisement of your product does not give the option to buy the PRO version.

Fairplay plz....

Thx

As you sent me this in a PM and I replied to your PM please excuse me if I copy and paste my answer to you.....

The plugin that you purchased is the standard version which is sold from our main website for $97 so the fact that you only paid $47 represents a VERY good deal.

The PRO version is currently sold from our main site for $117 but is being offered to BHW members for $50 to those who have already purchase the standard version.

The standard and PRO versions are two different plugins. The PRO is NOT an update on the standard version.

That is why I can't give you the standard version and the PRO version for $47. They are two separate products.

Thanks,

Shez

When you have the PRO version installed and licensed to your site, from your blogs admin panel -> go to the settings menu on the left hand side -> click on the plugin 'The Like Me Pro' -> that will take you to the plugins settings page where you can enter up to 10 URL's of your choice.

If you want a URL to get more 'likes' than the others then simply add that URL in more than one of the boxes. The plugin chooses one of the URL's at random each time it posts a 'like'.

Please do let me know if you have any other questions and thank you for your purchase.

Shez

If i enter a fanpage in the url are the likes counted as fans of the fanpage? I mean in the left side of the fan page where it says "2 people likes this" are this likes counted there as my fans?

Thanks

I'm currently having no luck with getting likes to go through Shezboy. I've sent you an PM

What a great concept, I bought this and tested it on our site over the last 24 hours or so. We've had at least a few hundred unique vistors over the site and so far it has not recorded any additional likes. Are you able to message me please.

Hi,

Yes, I received your PM and will respond after replying to your post here.

All you need to do is pop a ticket to our support desk as they are best placed to help you as they are the same people who coded the plugin. The URL of our support desk is in the readme file that you downloaded with the plugin.

I will PM you the link though.

Thanks,

Shez

I want to buy this most definitely of course when it starts working....not looking to good right now though

Hi,

Do you know where the visitors are coming from? The plugin can only post a "like" from those visitors who are logged in to their fb accounts.

I will PM you after replying to your post here.

Thanks,

Shez

It started working the day it was released. Before it was released it was thoroughly beta tested, then tested with a small group of users then it went to another stage of testing.

It would have been silly to have released a plugin that doesn't work. The thing is, when someone buys the plugin and it works they don't often come back and say that it is working etc.

When someone buys it and they have a problem with the plugin they DO come back and state the plugin doesn't work. Those customers are helped by the support team and when the issue is resolved they don't come back and say it's now working.

This can lead to a one sided story on the thread. But that is what the thread is for, to make sure people are given support and any issues are ironed out properly.

99% of issues are sorted out within 24 hours of a support ticket being raised. This is because the plugin does work but sometimes we need to talk customers through the steps outlined in the readme file that is downloaded with the plugin.

Thanks,

Shez
