My review:
I have already ordered 2 articles and really loved them! Price doesn't matter when you get quality content that not only ranks, but is also attractive to readers.
On 21st of this month I ordered 2nd set of 2 articles (500 words). On 28th I send e-mail asking if my articles are ready. Got response under few minutes:
"You should be getting them here shortly."
I waited few days and on 30.8. (today) I asked again. This time I got response:
"Here is your first one, sorry about not getting it to you sooner.
Your next one is coming in like 10 minutes."
I received first article in that e-mail and second one under 10 minutes.
So, in total it took from 21st to 30th (9 days TAT!) and I had to remind griller twice about it! Even worse thing is that he switched to full-time writer on Monday (27th) and guarantees 48 hour TAT.
Let's do small summery:
TAT - 1/10
Turn around time is really terrible. I hope that will significantly improve till my next order or I won't buy articles again.
Quality - 10/10
I really love Griller's articles and that is only reason why I order again and again. Never had to correct anything, just copy/paste to my website. Articles are attractive to readers which is important for both converting visitors and keeping your bounce rate lower (which is factor in SE ranking algorithm).
Price - 10/10
Price/quality ratio is excellent. If you think that you pay $1/100 words and receive total garbage from other writers, then $2.2/100 words looks great.
Costumer service - 7/10
Griller always responded to my messages quickly. Unfortunately, receiving emails like: "You should be getting them here shortly." and then waiting two more days is really bad for reputation.

hah, It's been about 8 days for me. Trying to be patient but I asked about when my article will be done and haven't heard from you and you're saying you will turn around in 48 hours and have tons of time now.

I won't be taking any new orders until probably Tuesday, my sister is getting married tomorrow and I've been busier than I expected to be with that.

Griller sent the article, I was a little disappointed by the turn-around but explained he had some things going on and it happens to all of us. So no worries on that, all in all the article was written really well and I will probably buy more in the future.

Yep, your 3 are in my queue for later this week. Also as far as TAT for new ones, let me see how far I get writing Tuesday before shooting you a timeframe.

Seems like a good guy, but had to keep contacting him to see what was happening. After waiting a month on 5000 words I just asked for and quickly received a refund.

Also, I'm going to be suspending the 48 hour guarantee, that brought in a huge flood of orders, and I'm spending between 10-12 hours a day writing non-stop right now, and look to be doing so for the next few days.

I ordered 2 articles, the quality is good, however I do believe you can find cheaper articles with the same level of quality.
I'm not sorry that I ordered cause I do believe I needed to try a few things to form an solid opinion about this.
The main con is the TT time, it took 4-6 days to deliver those articles while there was a 48 hours guarantee.

Completely understandable about the quality, I understand I charge more than most. I do work on the weekend, and I thought I could probably get you your articles by then since you ordered Friday. I was wrong, and got them to you Tuesday afternoon. The guarantee was for business days only, weekends are unpredictable. Technically, you can call it 4 days, but there were only 2 business days in there. I went a bit over the guarantee, but that's why I decided to stop offering it.
