1. Because the majority of designers have zero sales or affiliate background. They are not marketers. They have no idea or experience as to what actually converts or doesn't. Some designers just make things and try to it pretty, without keeping the actual goal of the page in mind. Do you want leads? sales? higher ctr? higher cvr? There's more to it than just a nice looking design.

2. I'd be happy to discuss any projects you have. I've sent you a PM.
