Hi, I'm a new customer. Signed up for an account last night and bought some credit. Avangate shows the order has gone through fine, but nothing is showing up in balance report or pay history. Can somebody look into this, I sent a support email from email ending in rules2k that contains the order reference. Cheers
I can't PM until I have 15 posts. I did send an email using the "Live Support" tab on your website containing the order number etc. If you didn't get that, if you could PM an email, I'll send the info via email instead.
