Let me start off by saying I purchase many services on BHW (and by other means) so I know what services are out there and the quality of work available by such freelancers in their respective fields and specialities.
I am very happy with this service - the reports are detailed which allowed me to view which keyword and site was used on which comment. Communication was fast and good via email though it was delivered so quickly that no communication was really needed! I ordered the biggest package they offer. Cant wait to see the SERPs effects this has
Breakdown
Communication: Very Good - Was just via e-Mail and the delivery was so quick, no communication was needed (I received a 'we received your order' email and a 'order complete' email). As with any service though, I like it when I can have the supplier on IM should I need them (suggestion ;])
Delivery: Great Received in like 20 hours, super fast - very happy about that
Service: Great It seems like a great service and value for money. Link checks were done for me and the report had everything I needed.
Verdict: Highly Recommended :top:
