There isn't any certain amount you HAVE to send, you can send 1 keyword and one URL, but I recommend doing more than that. I recommend doing sub-pages, web 2.0 pages pointing at your site if you have any, and pick out 4 or 5 keywords for each page. If you need any help setting it up let me know, I will give you a hand
