Just wondering if any of your clients tried these links on Squidoo and Hubpages, If so are their pages still up? I'm worried about them banning my lenses because of the massive links built or spam complaints from the blog users

I have done many of both types of pages and as far as I know there have been no problems whatsoever, I looked at a couple and they are there and just fine.

Also, is it possible to split one of the packages into two links? Thanks!

You can split them into two, three or even a hundred links. As many as you want
