Is it possible to have the links divided into 4 and have a smaller blast with a 7 days delay in between. Or do you prefer to blast all the links at once?

You may split the links between as many URL/keyword combinations that you want, but the blast is done at one time. As far as a delay, the search engines pick the links up over time so it is not really necessary to do some, stop, do some more, etc..
