Okay, here is my inititial review. While it is to soon to tell about rankings, I am very pleased with what I received and definitely recommend the service. Below is an over view of what I received.

Ordered 8/30 and received report today
Received way more properties than I ordered
Report included user/password info for each property
Page rank for properties range from 0-4 with most being pr2
All content is readable and actually makes sense
All links df

Highly recommended and will be ordering a couple more mininets in the near future
