I got my report 1 week ago and it was more than overdelivered.

I used these mini nets in conjunction with direct profile links to my website and profile links pointed to these mininets.

Within a week here are my results:

Keyword1 = Previous position 36
Keyword2 = Previous position 57
Keyword3 = Previous position 108

Keyword1 = Current position 12 (+24)
Keyword2 = Current position 15 (+42)
Keyword3 = Current position 20 (+88)

I have ordered the highest package. It's kind of hard to place these keywords onto the competition scale, because everyone could understand competition levels differently. However through my interpretation I would say that the first and second keyword could be placed in the medium competition rank and the third in the medium to high.

Do note that I have also pointed profile links to these mininets to increase their strength and in turn increase the serp of my website.

EDIT: For reference, all keywords have slightly over 100.000.000 results when searched in google without quotes. But that does not really determine how competitive a keyword is, it's just a very very rough indicator.
