Could we have a little more information. Are these web 2.0s or blogs from subdomains you own? Do you just create these listed properties (no pinging or bookmarking etc)? How will they get indexed if we do not build backlinks to the properties themselves. Are the domains the high PR, or is is the blog pages high PR?

No, I do not own any of the domains. I just have access to them. Usually some admins may remove some properties over time, but I will always overdeliver to make sure you get exactly what you pay for.

Regarding pinging - wordpress sites have built in pinging services by default which is what my properties are. Each post is automatically pinged to many services. Sometimes you may have to do some manual pinging but my service is just the creation of properties. The hosts are high PR - just like Paul and Angelas links, these do still bring in tremendous amounts of power.

also how long before we notice results?

My clients have noticed results within 1-2 weeks. Many have claimed to notice results in less than 1 week though. I don't control google so I can't give you an exact date.
