Order submitted w/ Yachi. Paid 50% of agreed upon price for first site on 11/12/2015. Designer stated on Monday, 11/16/2015, that it would be done in 2-3 days. If completed by agreed upon time (by Thursday, 11/19/2015) and the quality up to spec, I will be submitting 4 more site orders.

Yachika provided design and coding services of a custom WordPress responsive theme, which included additional plugins for one of my clients approximately 1 and 1/2 years ago. This was after having reviewed handful of other developers on technical skills and level of professionalism. I would say that there may be others that were more superior on technical grounds, but no one person (or team) came close when it came to genuine level of customer service and flexibility than Yachika. This was especially important managing both developer and client expectations.

Upon selection, while scoping out the work and key deliverables, payment terms, etc., I knew I made the right choice as Yachika demonstrated patience and level of diligence and care unlike others. Yachika delivered complex requirements, which were mostly UI related and she implemented on all reasonable change requests to meet the client's expectation. My client was pleased with the outcome and paid out a bonus upon completion.

Since then, we have experienced some minor bugs and errors with WordPress version upgrade, but nothing material in nature. It was corrected within short order. Post sale service after 1 and 1/2 years is essentially nonexistent (unless you are paying). Post sale service was just as good as the level of engagement and service received during the actual work order (when developing the theme). From my personal experience, when not incentivized by money, it's difficult to get developers to provide maintenance services, and if they do, it's at the very last thing of their properties list.
