The service is awful.

Took a very long time to complete (and still not fully completed), very hard to get a response. OP doesn't know how to properly send files either, instead of sending the WordPress theme she sent the whole site (with pre login info, which we didn't get).

I tried to avoid leaving this review but after having to CHASE you over 5-6x for a simple response, I'm done.

OP does not care about customer service - stay away.
