i have made paypal dispute as OP till now did not provide me any report or showing any response. and op also not logged in to bhw from 10th June 2012 to till now. I will again request to mods for take a look at this service thread.

OP replied in my paypal dispute that order completed. But till now i did not received any report. And it is a service, so i do not think paypal will refund me. OP is not communicating, what can i do???

Guessing since you are an Indian, you must have paid the OP using a credit card. So you can tell paypal to either refund the money from the Op as he is a cheating you or you would file a chargeback with your credit card bank.

At last i received communication from OP, but his answer makes me more confuse. I need some mods assistance regarding this issue.

Here is his answer to my email:

We no longer provide a report-based service.
Under new management, we are now doing only blast-based services.

As for BHW, we dont sell on the forum anymore.
Your project has been completed/blasted.

OP mentioned in his sales page, refund will be issued, if reports are not delivered. Further there is no official announcement regarding reports in this thread. So I insist OP to issue refund or send the report.

If you are not selling anymore in BHW, post it here..so other members will aware of it..

Due to the massive amount of orders coming in everyday, we had to cut cost and focus more on volume.
Each report costed us about 20 minutes to 3 hours, say averagely 1.5 hours each report. And we had to do around 50 of those reports a day, 75 hours of work wasted among us that could have been used for other things.

With the reputation we've earned from the black hat community in general, we're confident that no one would question our integrity. And if someone's not sure if we complete his order or not, he's better off ordering from somewhere else.

lol isn't the whole purpose of this service is to provide proof and not just pure trust? last time I checked thats how the world works with a service no one can see then obviously a report is required.
