At the moment we dont' do slow submissions, and we don't have enough 'slow submissions customers' to start this kind of service.

I notice that a good amount of the links main pages have no PR
I've also noticed that while the forums main page has PR1, the section containing my link has no PR.

So that would make all of the backlinks PR0 correct?

Again, the PR mentioned is Domain PR, not Page PR.
