Just got my report back, paid for 500, received 685. Really quick turnaround, about 10 hours I think. One possible issue I see is that some of the link anchor text is my URL, not the keywords requested. Although, for the price, that doesn't really matter.
Will report back again if / when I see any of these pop up as backlinks.

Received my order as promised. I placed my order on the website on a Monday. When asked a question about my order, I received a quick professional answer, that completely addressed my concerns.
Two days later I received an email with my order completed, confirmed via a report with a list of my links.
I verified 15 of the links and they were all very complete, live and existing.
The bottom line: Everything you could and should expect from an Xrumer service. When you order an Xrumer service or something similar, you would like the person delivering the work to be better then you - because this is what they specialize in. This was indeed the case with ixrumer.
Also, one week later, I am seeing a lift in rankings of one of my sites from 77 to 23. Nuff Said.

I've ordered PR3+ packages and here's my impression about the service:
The good:
- Turn around time is around a week - which is like the OP stated
- All links are located on forum profiles or posts, on the forums which have domain PR3+
- Around 100+ of links are on PR3- domains, but the OP give me 600+ links instead of 500 so this is ok
- PR3+ package includes PR3 to PR7 forums
The bad:
- I have to use non-English character text as an anchor because my site is non-English, and the OP says there should be no problem with anchors when I first asked.
The result is - nearly half of my links have no anchor text, and when I ask about this, his reply is: "[FONT="]What we guarantee are live links. Anchors are only used where applicable.[/FONT]". Which is not stated anywhere in his post or on his site(correct me if I'm wrong btw).
I understand that the OP changes non-English text into html-encoded text before using it as an anchor -> this results in a very long anchor text, which you can't fit in to most form fields.
If the OP had let me know about this limitation, and warned me beforehand, I'll only use the short anchor text instead.
My opinion about the service:

So if you're going to use non-English text as an anchor text on his service, then you should be very careful about the service.
As it is, I'll not order anymore package for my non-English sites from the OP.
But if you going to use all-English text as anchor text, I'd say you'll get a good result from the OP.

The majority of the links are sticking, but I'm not seeing any as backlinks yet. I believe they will start to crop up overtime, which is what I want, so I'm waiting patiently.

Had great results from this in the past (read: that website hit page 1 less than 10 days after creation and months later with little other promotion is #1`for several related high traffic kws as well as target kw,) and after messing with some other xrumer providers that didn't deliver the same impact, I'm hoping ixrumer has still got the magic touch!
