- backorders over holidays period
- complaints from forums, ip getting banned, server downtime
- lamers (probably competitors) screwing us with tons of spam
the main thing is that we are trying hard not to miss anyone's order.

@gv3: if you're the guy who spammed us almost 10 times in the last 5 hours; you deserved to be ignored. spamming us with "?" won't get your report arrive faster. things will get done and you should let us do our jobs. plus, nobody likes to get up on monday morning and found a bunch of spam emails.

We are all impatient to get our reports. I personally have put my site in a program of backlinks building and I expect this first phase of backlinks from you to go ahead with my project.

1. you will have to understand that we don't really work on weekends.
leftovers on friday will have to be carried out on monday.

2. you will need to carefully describe emails with just a question mark in them; repeatedly. this is no joke, and in no way funny to us.

3. there's no real good purpose in delaying a client's report. unless you really really piss us off. but still, like I said, everyone gets their things done. and don't try to make each other's job more difficult. if you like to keep things smooth, we'll appreciate that.


@seocam: I do understand your concerns, however, this is not a good way to make yourself heard.

Just received my report for the 2nd order I placed and I can't be anymore pleased with their service. They even over delivered and I received my report in the promised timeframe. I plan to do a ton of business with them...Will be placing my third order this week.
