Care to say any more details on this? when did you purchase it? Did you communicate with him your payment i.d - I like many others here have used this service many times and every time get a 100% guaranteed brilliant service.
Try and talk to him before posting negatiev stuff. I am sure there is a simple misunderstanding. He is very busy i am sure
