I bought two campaigns from ixrumer and I was greatly impressed. I had a pretty tough keyword that I needed to dominate for a recent launch. I sat at the number one spot pretty much the whole time I needed to be there. Only the odd time I dipped to the number two spot.

I highly recommend ixrumer to help you out. I know backlinking is never a guarantee but in my case, it did the trick. If you have been going after a keyword you didn't think you could compete for, think again, buy a campaign.
