I ordered a 10k package spread between 3 sites. Had a problem with one of the URL and was concerned about the main URL message title, and usernames crossing the other 2 sites on forum posts, but ixrumer was very responsive. He over delivered by 30% and made up for that little problem by throwing in another 2k.
It's best to order separate packages for different sites unless they are in same or similar niche, otherwise your message titles, and usernames, on forum posts will cross link for all sites.
This service is quick, received my report in 48 hrs. Best of all within a week my sites have moved up for the keywords. I would say overall this is a great service and great price. I will be buying more packages to move my sites to page 1 and top positions.
