Just got my report from IXrumer with a turnaround of less then two days. Ordered the verified 20K package and received 24578 links which is well over what I paid for.

I'm just about to run this list through hrefer for a PR breakdown and I'll also check how many links are still around after it's done. I used a single url in my blasts and the site is a PR0 at the moment so it the perfect test to see what effect it has. I will also run a rapid index blast via Scrapebox with PR1 sites to make sure each and every link gets indexed.

Very interesting this service. If I order the 10k, can it be distributed between 2 or 3 sites with each having different keywords?

IE:
Site 1= keyword A
Site 2= Keyword B
Site 3= keyword C

Its easier for all (and lesser work for you) if you answer this questions here and not via PM.
