Here is my review for a small order that I placed. I ordered 500 verified back links for $5. I got 666 back links. I ran them through scrapebox OBL checker and it found 660 my link 660 times.

I even ran a PR check on the domains and found a lot of PR5 and PR4 domains and even PR6.

For this price and turnaround time, I think this is the best service available.
