As for results here's my take so far:
I have an older site, about 4 yrs old and a PR of 3. I have been stuck on certain spots on Google for a few months. I've been tracking my rank changes with Market Samurai. For two of the keywords I decided to use for this package I already see some positive movements. One keyword I targeted has about 50,000 searches a day and I was stuck on position 7 for the past 3 months. I checked my ranking today and I'm currently sitting on position 2....it's only been about 24 hrs since submission. I'm sure the backlinks will just continue to keep rolling in. Hi ixrumer. How many backlinks should we already have in order to use this service? What I mean is let's say I have a site with only 300 links. Would I get in trouble with google if i went for a big package like the 20k one right away or should I start with the smaller packages first?

it shouldn't harm your new site to do any package, cause otherwise we will be able to demote/sabotage your competitors.
