Just received my "10k verified backlinks", took about 8-9 days to deliver. Not the 3-5 days promised. I did however use all 10 possible domains so that may have slowed things down and I'm in no rush.
The report I was emailed was for the wrong person but I was immediately amended upon emailing 'ixrumer' what had happened. So am very happy with communication speed.

As far as the service goes. All links I've manually checked are still up. However there has been very little movement in page rank. Keep in mind this was over 10 domains so each only got about 1k pr0+ backlinks, so I'll keep waiting on movement. Also massively over delivered(30%).

Overall service is fine no major complaints.

Turnaround time is around 3-5 working days.

It's best to build links for:
1. your homepage
2. your inner pages
3. your backlinks (web 2.0, etc.)
