how are you getting the VCC's? Paypal stopped issuing VCC as of September 22nd of this year.

I can find no option in my U.S. paypal account to verify via CC. Has anyone actually seen any such option? All I see is bank account and PayPal's own CC application.

thetvnun - My VCC's wont work on USA paypals (check opening thread). For that you need an AVS VCC which I currently cant supply I'm afraid

Edoho - both will work..the only difference is whether or not you want to load funds onto the paypal account using the VCC.
