I sell paypal accts and vccs to verify the same, how you use the accts is a total different ballgame, regarding paypal limiting accts I have no control as im not paypal. If you are that concerned abt limitations i would suggest you use a legitimate paypal acct rather than a fake one

Im not sure what you are trying to ask exactly but the paypal accts i provide are singapore based so you can send and recieve funds on them
