You cannot use a reloadable VCC to verify a US PP. U will need an AVS VCC.

How do u reload the VCC with ur own PP account ? The VCC is not generated by you. Obviously there are fees for reloading.

actually our VCC is valid past 24 hrs. we keep the VCCs for up to 1 month unless our customers buy for 1 yr.
