I got banned because they found out I was using $50 vouchers on multiple adwords accounts, since then i wasn't able to get back, it's really been a nightmare.

I don't know how your buyers avoid getting banned.

What exactly getting banned means? Google slap? You can put google ads on adwords but quality score is low and you can not get your ads on google?
