As mentioned before this works for all 50 states for CL posting. The IP changer software lets you change IP with a one-click solution similar to iprental, no need to adjust settings each time. We now have an API so you can integrate it with scripts, and it works with CLAD too.

Has anyone found a proxy service that can provide IP's from many states and that will work with craigslist?
