Update for anyone interested: I now have IP changer software for this, so it can work similar to IP rental on your machine.

chrisi4ever - I have access to all the hardware nodes for the DSL company so I can adjust the IP ranges if necessary, but chances of them banning all 64,000 IPs on each range is slim to none. Being the biggest ISP in the area that would upset a lot of genuine CL users and surely destroy the entire CL city site.
