YOU WANT TO FORCE ME TO COMPLETE ORDER WHEN I HAVE GOT NOTHING FROM YOU EXCEPT TROUBLE.
Your payment is on hold and is investigated by paypal they think it is suspicious transaction. So I have no choice but to hold your order and it will be completed only in case paypal decide everything is OK with transaction. It was explained to you via skype numerous times but obviously you don't have enough brain to understand this.
