I tried two xrummer services on this forum and here the verdict:
Pros:
- this guy posts on unique IP forums whereas others post on the same forum many times
- this guy actually checks whether the links are still alive before sending the report
- delivers as promised in 24h
- serious guy. good to do business with.
- this guy seem to do everything cleaner. The posts/profiles doesn't look that spammy.

Cons:
- the other guy gave me more links on top of the ordered package.

I recommend dzoniij.
