There are many levels before the 1B wager.
Every level release a share from the 4k$ rewards
And yes, the 15% commission is lifetime and starts from the first dollar they play with.
You have 4,000$ worth of rewards + the 15% lifetime commission for each player you referred

15% commission isn't bad.

Having tiers for 50m to 1b wagers is just unrealistic. No one is going to get that 4k total reward.

Some players can reach that goal, you just need to promote it and share the link with the right people.
We are talking about the wager (volume) amount, not the deposit amount.
