As another note, I've changed turnaround times for most items on new quotes, and now exclusively service BHW (not digitalpoint, wickedfire, etc) to keep turnarounds reasonable. Thanks to all for the honest reviews and business you've been giving me, i'm picking up a junior designer to help me out.

I'm wondering what the status of my design work is also? If you do not have time for it simply say that. I've waited a long time already, don't know if any progress has been made

Perhaps a refund would be the best way to go at this time. I have other web designers that can complete the work.

A rather frustrating experience with this designer. Paid on February 20th for some small web design work to be done. Granted it was not a lot of work. Was told over and over that he would get to it next or was working on it.. It's a good thing I had other projects in the works.. But don't take the job if you cannot fit it into your schedule..

I just recieved my logo design, it was done exceptionally well and I am very pleased with the work. It was also done very quickly which was a pleasant surprise seeing how much business must be going his way. I will definitely be doing more business in the future.:shakehand

Absolutely amazing work. The logo he made was simple and eye popping, exactly what I was looking for even though I couldn't even tell him what I was looking for initially. Great work, will use him again. Only downside is occasionally he doesn't sign online, haha but his quality of work makes up for it.
