Where have you been? I see you logged in today, I tried to help you out by fronting you out the $300 so you could buy the video card and now you aren't returning the favor and helping me out. It's going on three weeks past the promised delivery date.

Man, He completed work for me and was pleasant to work with... But even now I wouldn't front him 300 dollars... (And thats why you should always go paypal and declare your purchase as a service, so you can yank it back out of the account in despute++ I made mistake once sending as a gift and was SOL for about a month. Similar situation for a landing page. Great artist too. But about a month into it he finally came through. )

Stay on him though he'll come through for you. IQ Finnish this mans work!

Eh, from my experience with this guy - he does decent quality work, but so unreliable on timeframes... always something happens, out of town funerals, PCs crashing, etc

I'm not trying to be negative or discourage anyone from working with him, as he does a good job, I just want to warn those people who might be doing work for other clients (like I do) where time frames are of the essence.

Mmmm this is a bit of a joke, i needed something done in 24hrs which he said he would have done in under 24hrs, i thought great and he asked for half up front.. no probs there... 48 hrs later still not online from the last time i spoke, so im sorry to say dude but this is awful practice. I needed that piece of work done in the 24hrs as i told you it was important. Your a fucking let down pal and i hope you refund me that 50% without any issues.

Well after more then three weeks of hoping for results I have to say my experience with Stealth Promo was quite bad. While I will note I was not ripped off for any money which is the one pro of dealing with iq465 nothing else worked out in my favor. I paid half upfront for two landers which were supposed to be started on within days of sending the money. After the first excuse of a computer failure, then him becoming ill, I was contacted and told he was starting on the project. A week plus later and still nothing and 0 contact. After a dispute was filed with paypal I promptly received a refund which as mentioned was the one thing that went well with this entire experience.

It seems like this type of experience is more than typical with designers overbooking and then coming up with excuses that are so expected. HD crashes, getting sick, family members passing away.. its always the same bs.

Just to be clear...I think the quality of Adam's work is top notch! He designed a logo for me and I was pretty much blown away after reviewing the first draft; so much so that I was bragging to my colleagues about it.

It's just so frustrating having to log into my email, days after our last contact, just hoping for a response/update...only to find nothing.

thanks for the refund but that excuse is not good enough, i asked for a 24hr project which you gladly excepted, it has now been 7 days and you did not contact me.... So what was the issue? The excuse doesn't match why or why others have had issues.

@cycleandsurf, i am taking new orders for friday night. Today and tom. I am wrapping up existing projects.

BTW does anyone know how to edit the original post i made in this thread? I'm bumping up prices mid may so that I take on less orders. I look forward to keep providing the slick, original designs I'm known for here for years to come!
