They sell you a twitter ads account to run black hat ads for 200$.

they run the black hat ad without cloaking, despite telling them to launch the ad with cloaking. the account is "Halted" immediately, so if you know twitter, you know it will be suspended in the next few hours even if you appeal.

They immediately tell you that the ad has violated twitter's terms and conditions and that you have to pay 200$ again for an account.

I request my money back seeing the unprofessionalism of this person. He refuses outright. He does not attend to other options.

PS: Before paying for the service, I asked him clearly:

if the account is suspended, you will replace it with another account for free?

This person used our Twitter advertising account to promote his website in the Twitter advertising account we provided. At the same time, the account showed display and consumption. The other party was not willing to pay the advertising fee, but only paid the account usage fee. For blackmail For ads, we only provide free replacement for Google and FB, and we will provide a limited number of replacement accounts according to different situations, but we do not provide unlimited replacement accounts. For Twitter, if the advertiser places the illegal website directly instead of using our recommended method of setting up an account, we will not provide after-sales service.
This is an unreasonable customer. He only paid 200 US dollars to use our Twitter proxy account, but was unwilling to pay for advertising. At the same time, he asked for the account to be suspended while providing unlimited accounts. This is very unacceptable.
