This user bought something without reading our website or thread.

He bought 3x VPS and opened a support ticket asking for RDNS to be enabled, we state on our website that we do not have RDNS enabled to make our platform not attractive for e-mail spammers.

He asked for a refund, while we state clearly that we offer digital services and can not refund UNLESS your server is broken, downtime or whatever reason where we are accountable for.

Then he started saying that we a scammers and that is why he posted this.

I can also post his support ticket in case it’s needed.

Yeah. Like, dude, the Netherlands and US are the most advanced countries in cyber incident investigation, alliances and so on. And this person is offering "offshore" hosting in those countries under the pretext of "Host what you want". I think this is absolutely absurd.
