I previously used services from Prakhar in 2020 and was very happy with the result on a project. I had paid in advance for the marketing of another project that eventually got shelved and had spoken to regarding being able to use the payment made towards a future project but was never able to get in touch with him regarding that. The amount was about $700. Can I get a chance to try your services again using that amount towards my current spend? (I'd be happy to purchase another package if you need me to - if you can allow me to use that balance amount as well).
I understand it has been almost 3 years, I would be really pleased if I can use that amount since I was very happy with the services. (I do have proof of payment and chat records since I'm sure even he might have forgotten about it owing to the fact that it's been a long time). Since it isn't a small amount, I'd really appreciate it if I can use it now.
