I am satisfied so far. Few days is sending slow but its becouse warm up.
I asked for acceleration, and he agreed without any problem. After 5500 emails my rate open is around 40% which is pretty good.
I will definitely buy another one.

Just in case anyone is interested. I've been able to send a whole 10 emails so far...

There is a really good reason for it, you just started mailing out from a brand new IP so you are under warmup. Just woke up and saw your ticket, i've loosened the server up a little but please be warned that this will affect your deliverability and bounces.

Believe me, I understand all about warmup. But the problem is your not even sending at a warm up speed. You said you increased it to 6 emails per minute but we have only sent a total of 58 emails now.

So here we are now, after a server issue, etc... a total 2100 emails sent. BUT, the system is reporting
61.3% bounced. I just sent the exact same list, from another setup, and had less than 10% bounce.

Must have something to do with the IP assigned to you, please log in a support ticket and we will sort it out.

All IP's assigned are fresh out of the box with no previous sending history - your bounce rate will depend on various factors like sending speed, list quality, spam reports, black lists etc.

I know from my own experience, that a bounce rate this high is not normal at this speed on a fresh ip. I've done it many times myself. New box, new ip, new domain, new send. This delivery doesn't make any sense.

When you reported high bounces we paused the campaign, moved you to a new server updated your ip and sent you a PM - you kept ignoring them but kept complaining on the thread. Sorry, this didn't work out. Refund issued. cheers
