My test emails went to spam even though I have sat up DKIM, SPF etc

After paying for the month, you wait sometime till they send you login. when you upload your email list, it basically goes to them and they are the ones that look at your data then decide if you can add the list to the site or not. also takes sometime to get it approved

once logged in you will see that the dashboard is basically nothing, very basic email writer and send email button, really.

there is no option to customize the email template with snippet, or dynamic text like even first name.

100% of the emails land in spam

it takes hours to send 1000+ emails, it took me half a day to email 5K leads.

No option to stop the campaign sending

The open tracking, click tracking didn't work for me.

The counter for how many emails sent, in progress, opened are always zero but on the dashboard they show some emails are being sent

It shows 0 sent campaigns and they are in draft even though on the dashboard it shows campaign sent

Literally it does more harm than good, you definitely don't want to risk with your emails and that tools is your highway to killing your domain, reputation and lead list. No idea how BHW tester approved it, i encourage them to give it another look

After payment, account creation is manual because we create unique addresses and ip's for each new customer.

Usual account setup is 24 to 48 hours, but I had delivered your order in about 17 hours.

We approve all lists, we do it manually to ensure the upload is in the right format. Most of the time when clients submit, its a misformatted .txt or .csv so it's easier when we just do it.

We responded to your list import request in 5 hours



We helped you set up your list DNS records ourselves because you were doing it incorrectly (this is why we take care of list import too - less headache for the clients ).

Right now, ImportSend is basically just that. Import, Send. We wanted to keep it classic and simple. If you wanted additional features, all you had to do was hit up support

You created a query 6 hours ago and reacted before I could even respond. I haven't had any chance to check what ever was causing deliverability issues.

We have multiple clients getting good open rates even with cold emails (just like the bhw beta tester did)

Ouch, the timing

The simple interface is good for basic mailers but everything is slow so far. Approval was slow, getting the list approved was slow. I setup a simple email and hit send on 7k emails and 2hrs later it still hasn't even started sending. At this rate, I'd say getting your own VPS would be cheaper, easier and faster.

talk about timing, I opened a support ticket because of it not sending and suddenly it starts sending... very... very... slowly..
I mean SLOW.

I am satisfied so far. Few days is sending slow but its becouse warm up.
I asked for acceleration, and he agreed without any problem. After 5500 emails my rate open is around 40% which is pretty good.
I will definitely buy another one.
