They are ignoring my requests, canceling my orders, and are trying to delay and play games after I deposited $150. It's been a huge waste of time (and money).

The owner is definitely poor and I wouldn't trust this service. I have tried opening a dispute thread on bhw because of it

A lot of mine were canceled until I followed their instruction. Remove restriction from your video. Videos with restriction cannot be processed. You need to remove the restriction and place the order. When it completes, you can put restriction back.
I have done over 10k in orders with them, so just calm down.
 
Just put in another order, let's see how fast it is processed.

My video isn't restricted they just cancel the order and waste my time

The funding process is a pain in the a$$. The card Fiveer accept and Paypal, the buy product option did not accept it. Tried a 3D card, no way. Crypto tho was never an option for me. Wish you have more payment options
