10-13 minutes retention from reviews? Sure not. Tried this service with some videos, just got 1-3 minutes retention. When reached out to support, he just told me i should try to buy more (tried with over 3000 views).. lol after my second reply he didnt even reply and just closed the support case - fail, can not recommend them.

I like your website, however, the latest update has made things worse and hopefully, you will fix this, as previously the retention results were better.
Hopefully, you will fix this issue, so I can use your services again.
Here is the example after the update, the 30-second mark % is terrible (36%) which is bad for ranking and the overall graph looks bad as the video is only 4 min long.
The average percentage viewed is off the charts same as the view duration.
And here is before the update you did, this video is even longer (6 minutes) and has better results, and the 30-second mark has a very good % rate.
