This seller is not legitimate and only pretends to have accounts with a $1000 threshold. He is scamming people. Everyone should avoid this seller, as you will just lose your money for nothing. At the very least, ask him to show you some accounts they claim to have or to show them to you via ANYDESK to avoid losing your money. Pay attention to see if there are running ads. Anyone can create Twitter ads with a blue badge and link a card for as little as $15, but there's no guarantee that these accounts will be able to launch your BlackHat ads. I've spoken with this seller and it seems like HE just scamming people who don't have knowledge about this. Be aware. (I'm not a competitor or anything like that) Be aware Be aware Be aware
