**update: paypal is blocked by their proxy provider, not possible to unlock since they just are a third hand provider.

nothing about this is written in their FAQ.

I asked for a refund, they telling me they only refund orders on proxies for 3 days or more.

In their FAQ it only says:

"Is a refund possible for the proxy?
chevron.svg

You can request refund during first hour of Mobile proxy using. Refunds for Personal proxies aren't allowed because they are private."'
