Ok, so I got the vcc and it verified the account

Only bad thing is (and nothing to do with Rugbyman) is that the recieving limit is only $3,300 a year

If i buy a VCC from you today, when it will be gonna expired?? How many month it will be valid to use my paypal a/c,and after expiration i must buy another VCC from you, right ?

you buy VCC from me today, the expiry is 3 months... as mentioned as long as you keep the expired VCC in your paypal records, you dont need another VCC. the day you remove it or paypal tells you to add another one.. you buy another from me, or anyone else.
