This is pure Bull Shit. I never worked on ebay before and I don't know how to verify it. If I am a member of this forum, that does not mean that I should be aware of every black hat method. I don't have any problem confessing about what I don't know.

Even if I knew, you should send me ebook because I paid solely for ebook, not for vcc, as I can get vcc from other places and people.

I request a mod to please solve this issue, either remove this thread or ask the seller to send me ebook or refund my money.

3.fill out fake name and address make sure the city , state , postal code is all real just google it.
4. MAke sure before doing this clear all your cookies ect.
5.When you log back in make sure that you uses the same contry proxies

absolutely,, guys PAYPAL VERIFICATION for USA, CA, UK and AU, you need a CC/VCC + country specific BANK Account to get verified..

with just a VCC, your account remains unverified lifting your sending limit from $100 a month to $2000+ a month

VCC works fine on any country eBay account + VCC alone works for remaining countries other than specified above for PayPal.
