just ordered a vcc from rugbyman yesterday. everything worked fine with a netherlands paypal account, just had to pay him 2$ additional as of the higher verification debit from paypal for the netherlands.

got the vcc code and expuse verification code from rugby very fast - thank you it was a really problemless transaction!

as for you enovator.. i take payment for selling VCC in the name of an eBook. Use your brain and use the VCC the way you can on ebay as its you who wanted a VCC to verify an ebay account and i am damn sure you know how to do it.. so stop beating-around-the bush and crying like you've not used the VCC yet.

I just bought a egay vcc and a pay*pal vcc from rugbyman he delivered it in about 5 min they worked great I set up accounts in Mexico and did not need a bank account for paypal !!

you can still setup instant delivery with the alertpay IPN. same as paypal, very easy.
