Here's my Feedback:
Bought Pack 1 for $ 350 on 2022-09-13 (10 days ago).
He apologized on 2022-09-15 that I haven't received an account yet. (Day 3)
Another apology on 2022-09-16 that I haven't received an account yet. (Day 4)
Got my AdWords account on 2022-09-17. (Day 5)
I've send him additional $400 to get advertising budget on that account on 2022-09-18. (Day 7)
Only $365 was made available instead of $400.
I've tried to top up (add funds) the AdWords account on 2022-09-19 and got the error "You'll need edit access on this payments profile in order to complete this task" (Day 9)
The payment admin profile was removed from that account. The campaing I've set up got approved by google.
On 2022-09-20 Seller told me: "I got fking scammedo on that acc. I do not think the guy will allow the changes" (Day 10)
Seller provided a new AdWords account on the same VPS. I've made a new campaign on the new AdWords account, which got approved by google again.
Only $ 97.50 out of $ 400.00 I paid was available on AdWords account.
I didn't "top up" (Add funds) and just created my campaign and got error: "Your account is suspendedWe've detected suspicious payments in your account."
Seller submitted a google appeal on 2022-09-20.
I asked seller today, 2022-09-23, for updates. He told me: "Hey man will tyr to setup a new account today. Get a new domain is better."
I asked seller for a full refund. Seller refuses a full refund and said: "I cant send the top up money. I agree to send half of the 350$ and give you the card so you can use whenever you like. with the top up money. which is 260$ left and 100$ will come later"

I made my payment 10 days ago.
Seller was not able to provide his advertised service in any way.
I was not able to run a AdWords campaign because there was always some kind of problem on his end.
Sellers refund policy says a refund will be given if: "Account got banned for suspicious payments with our payment method" (Which is the case)
Seller refuses now to refund $ 350 for AdWords Acc and $ 400 for the top up. Total: $ 750,00

Now why should I make a financial loss and give up my money if the seller is not able to deliver the service?
It is his business. He is not able to provide his advertised service.

I gave the seller 24 hours for a full refund. ( See his refund policy )
Telegram conversation is fully saved and he confirmed on site incl. unique Telegram ID.

No response from seller in over 3 days but he is online on telegram.

After this incident, I replaced the account with a new one.
The account had an ad running without any issues, after the client set up his ad campaign the account took a long review time as it was reviewed manually and the account was closed.
I still agree to refund the client for the account which is $350 as I can not refund the money deposited on the payment method.
