He sent me the site before and as a german and SEO I can only say this: Its garbage. Wouldn't pay a cent for it. The articles are almost not readable. The domain itself is built on an expired domain as I remember. The site itself looks terrible and generic. Mate, before you sell a website, please AT LEAST take a little bit of effort.
